The Phenomenon: The Abortion Prophecies

In early 2005, I briefly formed a band with Phil Taylor, Forrest Loomis, and Seth Taylor, taking on the name "Unborn." The band evolved, eventually taking on Justin Taylor as the drummer, and I stayed on as the producer. Nonetheless, the original four of us got together periodically and jammed.

Now, when I say "jammed" I mean, we got together, played random music, made up random words to it, and recorded it all. As a play on the original band title, we titled these special sessions "The Abortion Prophecies."

Our sessions occurred only for a short duration, as even they had to come to an end, but, between June 19 and October 9, 2005, we generated 7 albums. Again, the albums were recorded live, and had very little scripting, no practicing, and had no post-mixing, mastering, etc. Oddly enough, even though the recordings contained some pure garbage, there were phenomenal moments of brilliance captured, and so, for that reason, I'm sharing the raw albums and tracks with you here.
